Your build request and contact permission are saved for the Onen team to review and follow up about your project. The public questions assistant sends your question to a cloud AI provider to prepare an answer. It cannot see customer workspaces or the details you enter in the build form. Avoid sharing confidential or personal information in questions.

Onen keeps short-lived usage counters for this assistant, rather than a saved conversation history. The provider handles questions under its own data policies. Your company’s AI deployment and data handling are agreed separately when scoping your build.
